Reason for the season

I had so much fun making this.  I love this
I love this stamp from Our Daily Bread.  I have used it alot and really feel this depicts the season.  Santa is on his knees adoring the Christ Child.  I stamped on gesso with black India Ink.  I painted with Creative Inspirations paint and the background is Pan Pastels.  I made several of these, they come 4 in a pack from Hobby Lobby.  I used some Heartfelt creations new little window scenes on some of them.  I sure had fun.

More Ornaments 2010 Christmas

Styrafoam Christmas ornaments

More fun stamping on styrafoam.
Some of the ornaments stamped with Heartfelt Creations, Our Daily Bread, and Kitchen Sink stamps and the snowman with a Cracker Box Stamp.  I did use some Creative Inspiration paints.

Glass Ornaments

This was so fun.  I went to Hobby Lobby to make some ornaments and I found these flat glass red ornament shapes and used the Heartfelt Creation Christmas scene stamps.  I stamped with Versa Mark and used a silver embossing powder.  Wowla, they turned out.

COTM WI Stampers 12/10 Christmas

Simple card  made from stamps  from stampin.com.  I used white cardstock, stamped image with silver ink, cut the corners with a Martha Steward corner punch and stippled blue ink background.

One of my Christmas cards from 2010

I loved making this card too.  It is the die cut window from Heartfelt Creations with one of their stamps.  What a great die cut.

2nd card for Creative Inspiration Challenge Pumpkin Patch

This card I made for another challenge but I was a week late making it so I thought I would add this to this challenge because it went with the pumpkin patch.  I used a sissix embossing folder to emboss the flourishes and it was a set that had 3 folders together.  I highlighted them with Pan Pastels.  The paper is a tan regular cardstock and the card is made from plain brown cardstoc.  The stamp and Give Thanks are SU stamps.  I colored the pumpkins with Beige Creative Inspirations paint.  The orange pumpkins are a ribbon I got at Michaels along with the leaf in the corner.

Pumpkin Patch Challenge Creative Inspiratiosn

I used Club Scrap orange background paper for the card.  I used a piece of The Paper Studio pad All Seasons.  The die cut pumpkins vine are from Sissix.  Painted over vine and pumpkins with Creative Inspiraion Paints Citrus and pumpkins Fairy Dust.  I dabbed Creative Inspiration on the small embellishment paper of with Citrus and embellished with a leaf and gems.  Raffia in the leaf.  This was fun to do.

Creative Inspirations Challenge 1

This is my first challenge and first picture on my blog.  I have been wanting to do a blog, and now I have gotten around to it.  Hopefully this will work.  I love this little elephant from Kitchen Sinks Stamps and so I thought it would work well in this challenge. Bedtime Stories, he reminded me of Dumbo the Elephant.  I used the TJ torn frame technique, a couple of different embossing folders, and highlighted the little elephant with Creative Inspirations Fairy Dust paint.  It was fun to do.
